BAUER ORGANIC FARM
On 700 acres in the picturesque Lockyer Valley at the base of Mt Sylvia in South East Queensland, Bauer Organic Farm produces a wide array of seasonal fruit and vegetables and runs 160 head of beef cattle.
The property is positioned on land that is regarded as amongst the top ten most fertile farming areas in the world. It uses water drawn from an underground aquifer (a layer of rock which holds water and allows water to percolate through it) fed by a crystal clear blackfellow creek. It's no surprise, then, that Bauer Organic Farm is prolific, producing over 1000 tonnes of superb organic produce per year.
All produce is grown, harvested, graded, washed, packaged and refrigerated on the farm.
