Customers can buy beans, seeds, nuts, grains and cereals from our bulk gravity bins. These products are organic, insecticide-free or bio-dynamic (with the odd conventional inclusion where supply is not currently available).
The gravity feeds ensure hygienic handling, and customers can buy as little or as much as they wish. Buying organic dry goods in bulk supports sustainable, environmentally-sound agriculture. You can also find our bulk offering in prepacked bags under our own Macro label (see below).
Our macro bulk dispensers work on an easy-to-use, self-serve system. Take as much as you want from the dispenser, then weigh on the central scales to price the item yourself.

Look out for our very own Macro-branded range of products, available in everything from rice flour to strawberry jam. We carefully assess all items before they are stamped with our brand. They are all free of artificial colourings, flavourings, preservatives, hormones and hydrogenated oils.
All our Macro-branded items adhere to our philosophy of promoting clean food that is high in taste and nutrition. Our Mac Pac range has over 400 lines, which include:
- insecticide-free almonds (try the popular tamari flavour )
- organic pasta & sauces
- organic fruit spreads
- organic muesli, oats & grains
- organic adzuki beans
- nibble mix (with pepitas, sultanas, sunflower kernels)

Macro brand packaging
Wherever possible, we do not include any unnecessary aspects to our packaging and are working closely with packaging suppliers to ensure we adopt the most environmentally friendly packaging solutions (whether biodegradable, recycled or recyclable) as they become available in the market.
Packaging is an area of development for us, as technology continues to improve and allows more environmentally friendly solutions to become available, without additional cost being passed onto the customer. We hope to see great changes in this area, which you will see coming in gradually to Macro stores over time.

This 100% organic coffee blends beans sourced from PNG, East Timor and Nicaragua. A full-bodied, well-balanced coffee with background sweetness, fresh acidity and high notes of toffee, Macro Organic Blend can be used in all forms of coffee-making, particularly espresso.
peruvian organic decaffeinated
A 100% chemical-free decaffeinated Swiss Water coffee, these Peruvian beans are bright and lively in flavour, medium bodied with a pleasurable sweet finish.
organic fair trade single origin - east timor
A single origin Fair Trade Organic Speciality Coffee from East Timor. Its intense body with syrup-like texture and long, sweet, smooth finish is highly recommended for use as filter or plunger coffee.
