Yummy Flaxseed Oil Salad Dressing

Whisk together the following Macro ingredients:

1/4 cup of flaxseed oil
1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1 dessertspoon of brown rice vinegar
1 teaspoon of seeded mustard
1 squeeze of organic lemon juice
2-3 dessertspoons natural yoghurt
1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
1 crushed garlic clove (optional)

This will make about 1 cup of dressing - store leftovers in fridge.

Fast Facts about Flaxseed Oil...

Flaxseed oil is a vegetarian source of omega 3, an essential fatty acid that the body can not make itself.

It is beneficial for many things including; cardiovascular health, helping to lower cholesterol, improving memory, nourishing the skin (so it's great for eczema and any skin complaint).
Flaxseed oil also helps hormonal production - so can aid symptoms of PMT.
AND, it's also a natural anti-inflammatory so excellent for any aches and pains including arthritis. 

The dressing is delicious on salads, or even on steamed vegetables.
