Organic
Winter Stew Serves 4
4 organic
onions, cut in wedges 5 organic
carrots, cut in thick slices 1 kg of organic
lamb or chicken, diced 5 large organic
potatoes, washed & sliced 1 cup of
water 1/2 packet
Ardo soup vegetables 1 cup of
water Sea salt
and organic pepper to taste
In a large
pan, saute the onions and carrots with a little organic sunflower oil.
Add the
chicken or lamb and lightly fry. Add the potatoes, organic mixed vegetables,
water and season with salt and pepper.
Skim any foam or fat, reduce heat and
simmer until the vegetables and meat are tender. Serve with organic cooked
rice.
