Avellino organic extra virgin olive oil

organic sesame seeds

Macro organic apple cider vinegar
Macro organic toasted sesame oil
Drizzle pumpkin with a little organic olive oil and semi-cook in the oven.
Coat with a little honey and sesame seeds while it is still firm. Return to the oven.
When fully cooked, add to rocket and serve with some apple cider vinaigrette.
Organic apple cider vinaigrette
Combine half cup organic apple cider vinegar, two tablespoons organic honey and half a tablespoon organic toasted sesame oil.
