pastures. At Macro we appreciate that a foodie's tastes craves all sorts of cheese. Our cheese has travelled from as far as France (the infamous roquefort) or as local as the valley up the way. Come in and try what we've found!
Drop in and try a taste test - we think that sheep's milk cheese tastes slightly nutty, while goat's milk cheese has a definite tang; cow's milk is grassy and buffalo milk cheese is reminiscent of the buffalo's wild herbaceous fare!
